§ 77.08 PERMITS.
   (A)   Permits shall be issued as provided in § 77.04(A).
   (B)   Permits shall be valid from the date of issuance through the end of the calendar year and renewed annually on or by December 31.
   (C)   Replacement permit stickers shall be issued, if available, at a cost of $20.
   (D)   It shall be a violation of this chapter for anyone other than a Peru Police Officer to place a permit sticker on a UTV or to remove a permit sticker from a UTV and place it on a UTV that has not been inspected.
   (E)   Permits are non-transferable and may not be reassigned.
