§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 52.25 et seq. for which no other penalty is otherwise specifically provided shall be fined not more than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
