(A) Owners of non-residential properties who are subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be eligible for a stormwater billing credit as set forth in Addendum A, attached to, made a part of Ordinance 26, 2012 and incorporated herein by reference.
(B) The Peru Utility Service Board shall be responsible for the implementation of this section and may formulate policies and procedures as might be necessary for said implementation.
