9.16.060: EXCEPTIONS:
Exceptions to section 9.16.040 of this chapter are as follows:
   A.   Any law enforcement officer or search and rescue member in the necessary performance of his duties;
   B.   The discharge of a firearm in a shooting gallery or any designated pistol or rifle range; or
   C.   Any landowner or occupant, or employees of either, while upon land which he owns, rents, or leases. (Ord. 242, 2007: Ord. 64 §2, 1979)
