A. It is unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge a high powered rifle in the cultivated area of the Lovelock Valley and also within the area of the Lovelock Valley designated by the boundaries of the county water conservation district.
B. The term "high powered rifle" as used herein is defined as any rifle, the use of which is made legal by the laws of the state or any regulation of the Nevada state fish and game commission for the hunting of deer. (Ord. 242, 2007: Ord. 36 §§1, 2, 1965)
