3.08.090: NEVADA TAX COMMISSION; ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:

The Nevada Tax Commission, upon execution of the contract referred to in Section 3.08.080 of this Chapter, shall be empowered to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this Chapter pertaining to the collection of all taxes provided herein. (Ord. 60 Art. III(B), 1976)
