3.08.080: NEVADA TAX COMMISSION; CONTRACT:
Prior to the effective date hereof, the Board of County Commissioners shall contract with the Nevada State Tax Commission to perform all functions incident to the administration and operation of this Chapter. (Ord. 60 Art. III(A), 1976)
