(a) There is hereby created a Municipal Records Commission for the Village.

(b) Commencing October 4, 2021, and pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.42, the Village Records Commission shall be composed of the Mayor, Village Solicitor, one Village resident, and the Village Fiscal Officer.

(c) The Commission shall appoint a secretary, who may or may not be a member of the Commission, and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission.
(d) The Commission may employ an archivist to serve under its direction.
