(a) No person(s) that owns or controls real property within the Village of Perrysville, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall allow the exterior property areas of said real property to accumulate personal property or equipment including but not limited to following items:
(1) Toys.
(2) Tools.
(3) Lawn mowers.
(4) Bicycles.
(5) Machinery.
(6) Auto parts.
(7) Tires.
(8) Lawn care equipment.
(9) Home appliances.
(10) Unused or discarded landscaping materials.
(11) New, used or discarded construction material(s) and building material(s).
(12) Junk
(13) Farm equipment
(b) Any person (s) that owns or controls real property within the Village of Perrysville, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall store from view from any public right of way accumulated personal property or equipment describe in subsection (a) hereof.
(c) The correction period for removal of such property or· equipment shall be no longer than ten (10) days after receipt of a written Notice from the Police Department, Sheriff's Office or other authorized Law Enforcement Agency.
