521.04 SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTIONS; DAMAGE OR INJURY.
   (a)   No person shall park or leave any vehicle standing on any public sidewalk within the Perrysville Village so as to impede pedestrian traffic.
   (b)   No person shall place or knowingly drop any, to include but not limited to the following, tacks, bottles, wire, glass, nails or other articles on any part of a public sidewalk, playground or any other public site that may damage property or cause injury to another person or animal that travels along or on such sidewalk or playground.
   (c)   No person shall walk on any soft or freshly laid sidewalk pavement, or allow any animal to come on, or injure or deface in any way.
   (d)   No person shall permit defecation of any animal in their ownership or possession on a public sidewalk.
   (e)   No person shall position, deposit or maintain any product, products, material or equipment on any sidewalk or impede pedestrian traffic thereon except for such reasonable time as may be required to deliver or pick up such objects.
   (f)   No person shall unload upon, or transport any heavy merchandise, goods, material or equipment over or across any sidewalk or curb without first placing some sufficient protection over the pavement to protect against damage or injury. The affected area shall be rendered safe and free from danger.
   (g)   No person shall allow any cellar or trap door, coal chute or elevator or lift opening in any sidewalk to remain open without providing suitable safeguards to protect and warn pedestrian traffic of the dangerous condition.
   (h)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
