127.02 VILLAGE CLERK-TREASURER OFFICE ABOLISHED.

After the effective date of this section, and the appointment of the Fiscal Officer by the Mayor and her confirmation by Council, the combined elected office of Village Clerk-Treasurer shall be abolished.
