125.01 GRATUITY FUNDS FOR MARRIAGE CEREMONIES.

When the Mayor receives gratuities for marriage ceremonies, the Mayor is permitted to keep said funds when the Mayor performs marriage ceremonies, and the Mayor is to report such funds earned to Council.
