945.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense up to the fourth offense. Beginning with the fourth offense, the violator shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for each offense.
