945.05 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (a)   No person shall use any Crossbow, bow, arrow, slingshot or any other projectile propelling device in or upon any Public Park in the Village.
   (b)   Overnight Camping in Public Parks in the Village is prohibited.
   (c)   No person shall climb, stand or sit on any monument, decorative ornament or nature object or any other structure except those provided expressly for such purpose.
   (d)   No person shall engage in any rapelling or climbing or similar activities in the Public Parks of the Village.
   (e)   No person shall throw, drop, toss, kick, propel or otherwise cause any object to be so moved off or over the side of any bridge, observation platform or similar structure located in the Public Parks of the Village.
   (f)   No person shall leave, place or dispose in any manner leaves, grass clippings, garbage, peelings of vegetables or fruit, waste refuse, rubbish, ashes, can(s), bottle(s), wire, paper carton(s), box(s), motor vehicle or bicycle or wagon parts, furniture, glass, oil, sewage, litter, junk or anything of an unsightly or unsanitary nature under or upon the Public Parks of the Village except in receptacles designated for that purpose.
   (g)   Parking in the Public Parks shall be for Village Parks use only and during Village Public Park hours.
   (h)   No overnight parking shall be permitted in or on Public Park property in the Village.
   (i)   No person, in any Public Park in the Village, shall fail to comply with any fee requirements or other terms and conditions of any such permit issued by the Village under the provisions of this chapter.
   (j)   Skateboarding is prohibited on any Trail located within the Public Park of the Village.
   (k)   No person, except in an emergency, repair a vehicle in any Public Park of the Village.
   (l)   No person shall operate or park on the grass within the Public Park of the Village except in designated areas.
   (m)   No person shall operate a snowmobile upon any area within the Public Park of the Village.
   (n)   No person shall operate or park any vehicle with a gross weight of eight thousand (8,000) pounds in any Public Park of the Village without permission of the Commissioner.
   (o)   No person shall operate any motorized vehicles upon any of the Trails in the Public Park of the Village.
   (p)   Subsection (o) of this section shall not apply to any village park employees, emergency personnel and law enforcement personnel in performance official duties.
   (q)   Subsection (o) of this section shall not apply to handicap motorized equipment assisting the mobility of any disabled person.
