945.03 ADVERTISING.

(a) No person shall expose, distribute, erect, or place any sign, handbill, pamphlet, advertisement, circular, notice or statement and no person shall display any banner, emblem or design for the purpose of promoting commercial activity.

(b) Signs in ball fields which are part of the Public Park system shall be governed by Section 1117.09 of the Codified Ordinances.
