(a) Village Parks shall be open daily between the hours of dawn to dusk.
(b) The Commissioner or any law enforcement officer may close or restrict to public use and vacate a park, facility or area when necessitated by reason of and in the interest of public health, safety, welfare, maintenance or any other reasons deemed for public interest.
(c) Permitted ballfield activities that go beyond the Village Park closing times are excluded from subsection (a) of this chapter.
