The following words and phrases when used in these Park Regulations, except as otherwise provided, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Chapter.
(a) Camping shall mean utilization of any piece of equipment for sleeping in or upon, including, but not limited to, a sleeping bag, hammock, motor vehicle, trailer, tent, tarp or vessel for the purpose of occupying a portion of Village Park owned property for temporary or permanent outdoor living.
(b) Designated Area shall mean any location, place, site, region, facility, zone or space identified by the Village.
(c) Commissioner shall mean the Street Parks Commissioner or any representative the Director so designates.
(d) Public Park shall mean a public playground, public recreation center or area, and other public areas, created, established, designated, maintained, provided or set aside by the Village of Perrysville, for the purposes of public rest, play, recreation, enjoyment or assembly, and all buildings, facilities and structures located thereon or therein.
(e) Waterways shall mean all water including, but not limited to wetlands, rivers, lakes, creeks, streams and ponds.
