(a) Interior lots having frontage on two (2) streets shall provide the required front yard on both streets.
(b) In the case of corner lots used for residential purposes, the required front yard shall be provided for along both rights of way.
(c) In situations where forty percent (40%) or more of the frontage on the same side of a street between two (2) intersecting streets is developed with structures, new buildings shall be erected no closer, or farther, to the right-of-way than the average distance as established by existing buildings.
