941.99 PENALTY.

Any person who fails to perform any act required under Title Three or any person who performs an act forbidden by Title Three shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500.00. Each day of any such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
