941.04 ORDINANCE IN FORCE.
   (a)   All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as the conflicting portions thereof are concerned.
   (b)   Notice of the passage of this chapter shall be given in the manner prescribed by ordinance for the publication of ordinances of Council.
