All recipients of Village wastewater treatment services are hereby classified as either “Domestic” or “Commercial”. Domestic users shall mean those users with premises served by sanitary sewers and which are primarily residential in nature. Commercial users shall mean all users other than Domestic, including, but not limited to, retail and wholesale businesses, service businesses, manufacturing industries, schools and government. The establishment of these classes shall be used to allocate the operation and maintenance costs attributable to each class.
