(a) New Services. Applications for new water and sewer service shall be filed with the Fiscal Officer of the Village of Perrysville. The application shall state the name of the applicant, the owner, the premises to be served and shall be completed in its entirety. All applications filed for new services within the corporation limits shall be accompanied by a tap fee (stated below). In addition to the tap fee, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) inspection fee shall be paid by the applicant at the time of the application which will cover the Village’s cost of inspection.
(b) Water and Sewer Tap Fees. Effective September 26, 2007, the Village of Perrysville hereby sets and defines the following one time charges for water and sewer taps:
Standard 3/4 inch water tap | $1,600.00 |
Standard household sewer tap | 1,600.00 |
(c) Definitions. The following definitions shall apply:
(1) Standard 3/4 inch water tap includes: corp stop, curb stop, curb box, up to 50' of copper from main to the curb stop, meter, tail pieces, and remote reader.
(b) Standard household sewer tap fee is for permission to tap only.
(d) Additional Materials and/or Labor; Charges. Any materials and/or labor in addition to the above or in addition to the $3,200 tap fee will be billed to the applicant at the Village’s cost.
(e) Additional Fees. Fees for lines over 3/4" are for permit to tap into line only. No material, tapping, or meters are supplied by the Village.

(f) Necessary Upgrades and Extensions. The applicant is responsible for any/all upgrades and extensions needed to the water and sewer systems.
(g) Compliance with Village Rules and Regulations. All water and sewer taps are subject to the Village’s rules and regulations.
