452.15 WAIVER.

   (a)    Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a prescribed fine may be made, may pay such sum in the manner prescribed on the issued traffic ticket. Such payment shall be deemed a plea of guilty, waiver of court appearance and acknowledgment of conviction of the alleged offense and may be accepted in full satisfaction of the prescribed penalty for such alleged violation. Payment of the prescribed fine need not be accepted when laws prescribe that a certain number of such offenses shall require court appearance.

   (b)   The following schedule of penalties shall apply to the violations set forth below:

(1)   Parking in a handicapped zone without identifying          plate or sticker - 452.04(f)(1)	$250.00

(2)   Improper parking at curb - 452.04(a)	15.00
(3)   Wrong side of the street - 452.04(c)	15.00
(4)   Parking on sidewalks, curbs or street          lawns 452.13	15.00
(5)   Overnight parking - 452.12	15.00
(6)   Parking in alleys - 452.11	15.00
(7)   Prohibited standing or parking place - 452.03	15.00
(8)   Willfully leaving vehicles on public or private          property - 452.05	15.00

 

   (c)   Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a fine may be made to the City shall have the option of paying such fine within the time specified in the traffic ticket at such place as specified. Failure to make such payment within thirty days of the date of the citation shall cause such person to be cited into Court.
