452.13 PARKING ON SIDEWALKS, CURBS OR STREET LAWNS.
   (a)   Except when lawfully authorized by action of Council or when entering or leaving a driveway, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle:
      (1)    On the paved sidewalk or the curb of a street;
      (2)    Between the curb and the adjacent property line; or
      (3)    Where no curb exists, between the lateral edge of the roadway and the adjacent property lines, except that a person may park a vehicle in an area ten feet wide immediately adjacent to the lateral edge of the roadway.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
