267.01-3 VOLUNTEER FIRE PERSONNEL COMPENSATION.
   (a)   Effective January 1, 2015, each volunteer in the Fire Division who responds to a fire call, emergency medical call, fire training drill or emergency medical training service drill shall receive compensation according to his or her position as follows:
      (1)   Each Piker shall receive eighteen dollars and twenty-two cents ($18.22) for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and nine dollars and eleven cents ($9.11) for each additional hour;
      (2)   Each Firefighter shall receive twenty-one dollars and ninety-four cents ($21.94) for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and ten dollars and ninety-seven cents ($10.97) for each additional hour;
      (3)   Each firefighter First Class shall receive twenty-five dollars and eighty cents ($25.80) for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and twelve dollars and ninety cents ($12.90) for each additional hour;
      (4)   Each Lieutenant shall receive twenty-six dollars and fifty-six cents ($26.56) for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and thirteen dollars and twenty- eight cents ($13.28) for each additional hour;
      (5)   Each Captain shall receive twenty-seven dollars and thirty-two cents ($27.32) for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and thirteen dollars and sixty-six cents ($13.66) for each additional hour;
      (6)   Each such volunteer who is also an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic shall receive an additional twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour;
      (7)   Each such volunteer who is also an Emergency Medical Technician- Intermediate shall receive an additional fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour; and
      (8)   Each such volunteer who is also an Emergency Medical Technician- Paramedic shall receive an additional seventy-five cents ($0.75) for each hour.
   (b)   With respect to the compensation set forth in this section, a volunteer arriving ten or more minutes after the start of a run shall be paid at the appropriate rate in quarter hour increments. If a volunteer leaves before the termination of a run, such person shall receive the appropriate only for the actual time he or she spent on the call.
