A. The classifications of staff members in the Executive Staff, Senior Administrative Staff and Administrative Staff shall be determined from time to time by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of Council. (Ord. 260-2006. Passed 12-19-06.)
B. The rates of pay for Executive Staff, Senior Administrative Staff and Administrative Staff shall be determined from time to time by the Mayor and shall be within the rates set forth in Section 266.15-2. Provided, however, that the Mayor may only adjust the rate of pay by more than five percent (5%) in any twelve (12) month period with the concurrence of a majority of Council. (Ord. 46-2022.
