When referred to collectively, individuals covered by the Personnel Policy may be referred to as staff members. Less than full -time staff members means those working thirty or more hours per week, but less than full-time.
For purposes of this Policy, employees/staff members are categorized as:
Pay Band A, Pay Band B, Pay Band C, Pay Band D, and Pay Band E as described in Codified Ordinance Section 266.15-2.
