1444.04 MANNER OF SERVICE OF NOTICES.

The notices to the owners of such properties required by Sections 1444.02 and 1444.03 may be served on the owners personally or by certified mail directed to their addresses as shown on the property records of Wood County. (Ord. 4-63. Passed 3-12-63.)
