Should the Building Inspector, Fire Chief and Director of Public Service-Safety find that a violation of Section 1444.01 exists and, if the unlawful condition is within the prohibitions of subsections (d), (g) and (h) of Section 1444.01 and the Commissioner of Health concurs in such finding, the Director shall cause photographs of such property showing such unlawful condition to be made and filed with the reports of the officers aforesaid. He shall cause to be served on the person, firm or corporation which, from the property records in Wood County, appears to be owner of the property involved, notice to abate such unlawful condition within thirty days thereafter, and that if such unlawful condition is not abated within such time, the same will be abated by the City at the expense of the owner. A copy of the notice shall be left with the person in charge or possession of such premises, or, if there is no such person or such person cannot be found, such notice shall be posted on the premises.
