EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 731-70 of the City of Toledo created the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA). Resolution 11-73 of the City of Perrysburg, passed November 27, 1973, authorized the participation of the City of Perrysburg in such authority. The addition of other political subdivisions is authorized, from time to time, by ordinance of the Perrysburg Council. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Ordinance 11-76, passed April 13, 1976, authorized the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a contract with the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments for the continuation of a regional, comprehensive, cooperative transportation planning process. Copies of the ordinance and contract are available, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1094. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
