The boat dock and related facilities at the foot of Louisiana Avenue and the Maumee River shall be available to boaters for tie-up on a first come, first serve basis. Provided, however, no boater shall remain tied up to said dock for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours and any boater spending the night (defined as from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) tied up to such dock, shall notify the Police Division of their intention to remain for such period.
