1040.06 NONRESIDENT CONNECTIONS.
   It is hereby determined to be the policy of Council that all future tapping or connection with the City sewerage system by owners of property outside the City shall be authorized only by contract with Council. (Ord. 24-64. Passed 10-27-64.)
