Certain improvements in the right-of-way such as underground sprinkler systems, lighting systems or similar improvements placed in the public right-of-way are placed there at the owner’s risk. The City of Perrysburg assumes no liability for damage to such improvements caused by utility or maintenance work being performed by or on behalf of the City.
