1024.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or non- compliance occurs or continues.
