The contractor or permittee shall provide evidence of automobile and general liability insurance, with completed operations coverage written on a comprehensive basis, with limits of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) per accident for bodily injury and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage.
The certificate of insurance shall show the City as an additional interest insured with respect to the permit.
