Moneys collected and deposited under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the City Treasury by the Director of Public Service-Safety and deposited to the credit of a special and separate fund to be used and disbursed solely for the purpose of paying for the repairing and replacing of any pavement broken into or disturbed for any of the purposes mentioned in this chapter.
