(a) No person shall knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a school administrator, school teacher, student, person in charge of a class of students, or an employee of a school, while in the performance of his or her duties.
(b) No person shall knowingly disrupt, disturb or interfere with the teaching of any class of students in a school.
(c) No person shall knowingly disrupt, disturb or interfere with any activity conducted in a school building or upon the grounds of a school.
(d) No person shall knowingly cause a school administrator, school teacher, person in charge of a class of students, student or employee of a school to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to the person or property of such administrator, teacher, person in charge, student or employee.
(e) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of assault in the schools, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
