(a) No person shall entice a minor to engage in a game for money or other valuable thing, or make a wager with a minor upon the result of a game, or permit a minor to play a slot machine or other gambling device for wares, merchandise or any other thing of value.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of enticing a minor to play for money, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
