Whoever violates Sections 717.10 or 717.11 of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree for a subsequent offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense and any additional infraction within the same day after a previous arrest or the same day of notification without arrest shall constitute a separate offense.
