709.17 CONFLICT.

If at any time the State of Ohio, Division of Gas and Oil, shall enact a regulation which is more restrictive than regulations contained in this chapter, then, in that case, the State of Ohio, Division of Gas and Oil regulation shall take precedence over the said provision of this chapter.
