(a) No drilling permit shall be issued to drill, deepen or reopen or plug-back a well for the production of oil or gas unless the proposed well is located not less than 300 feet from any boundary of the subject track or drilling unit, not less than 300 feet from any occupied dwelling or structure, or structure regularly used to shelter or keep animals.
(b) All structures erected in connection with the drilling operation, including but not limited to the storage tank and separator, affixed to the land after the drilling operation has been completed shall be located not less than 200 feet from the nearest right-of-way line of any public roadway, existing occupied dwelling and/or boundary of the subject track or drilling unit.
