143.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

Said Board shall have all the powers, duties, responsibilities and privileges granted it by statutes and the terms of "The Village of Perry Treasury Investment Board Policy" that is attached to Ordinance 8-2000 as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
