143.01 ESTABLISHED.

Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 135.01, 135.14, 731.56 and 731.57, there is hereby created a Treasury Investment Board that shall consist of the Mayor, the Fiscal Officer and the Solicitor.
