(a) Refuse, trash, garbage, rubbish, ashes, cans, bottles, brush, paper, wire, cartons, boxes, yard waste, bulk items, furniture, glass, refrigerant items and other waste items and/or containers utilized for the collection of same shall be set out no earlier than 7:00 a.m. of the day prior to the date of collection.
(b) Emptied containers shall be removed from the curbside or tree lawn area no later than 7:00 p.m. of the collection day.
(c) Refuse shall not be collected earlier than 6:00 a.m. nor later than 6:30 p.m. on any given day except for the special spring and fall clean up days.
(d) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, or other legal entity, or any combination thereof, violating any provision of this Section 521.08.1 shall, upon conviction, be found guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), together with costs. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
