123.01 PUBLIC ACCESS TO RECORDS.

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 6-1990 the Village has enacted a policy for public access to the Village Records as set forth in Exhibit A of the ordinance.

123.02 POSTING PLACES.

   In compliance with Ohio R.C. 731.25 the Fiscal Officer shall post all ordinances and resolutions enacted by Council at the following locations:

   (a)   Perry Deli;

   (b)   Perry Coal and Feed Store;

   (c)   Perry Municipal Center;

   (d)   Perry Post Office; and

   (e)   Perry Public Library.
