§ 39.47  SPECIAL EMERGENCY POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT; RECOMMENDATIONS TO COMMISSIONERS ON SPECIAL EMERGENCY ACTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Director to make recommendations and advise the Board of Commissioners or the Chief Executive Officer on any actions which it would be necessary or desirable to take under § 39.45 in the event of any emergency.
