§ 32.08  COUNTY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
   There is hereby established, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 8-17-5-13, a County Engineering Department, which initially shall have two divisions, the County Highway Engineering Division and the Port Authority Engineering Division.
