§ 152.080 FEES.

   The fee for a low density subdivision shall be $200 and the fee for a high density subdivision shall be $400, both of which shall be due and payable upon the applicant’s first submitting a request for approval of a subdivision to the Zoning Administrator.

§ 152.999 PENALTY.

   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
