All Contractors must have a valid current license issued by the Board of Building Standards. All residential permits and plan examiner fees will be charged a 1% State Fee. Contractor must provide the Building Department with a Certificate of Insurance with the City as additional insured and a $25,000 Contractor's Bond. The Inspector of Buildings shall make out permits for residential buildings, fix the fee to be paid, collect the same and give a receipt as set forth in Sections 1446.01 - 1446.38 hereof.
