1430.03 VIOLATIONS.

No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions and requirements of the Ohio Building Code as adopted in Section 1430.01, or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or violate any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder.
